How to Use

For peeling:
Place the peeling blade against the surface of the vegetable or fruit and pull gently.
For shredding:
Place the food item on a cutting board, then move the tool slowly in the direction of the shredding motion.
Tip: If food or shreds get stuck in the blade, carefully remove them from the opposite direction. Do not insert fingers directly into the blade area.

• This product is intended solely for peeling vegetables/fruits and creating shreds as designed.
• The blades are very sharp; handle with care during use and cleaning.
  Do not point fingers toward the blade while using the product.
• When processing small ingredients, use a kitchen aid or stop before the tool gets too close to your hand.
