Now you can shop online and collect your order in-store.
For all online purchase, pick-up in store orders will be processed within 24 hours and stored in a save place. Customer will be able to come and collect the items after 1 day.

Cancellation Order
Ordered from Online Purchase, pick-up in store can be cancelled within 24 hours. E-mail us at Contact us with your order number and state your reason for cancellation. A refund will be processed accordingly.

Step 1: Choose "Pick-up" delivery method at the checkout page during proceed to payment.
Step 2: You will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number.
Step 3: Please wait for the 2nd email to notify you that your order is ready to collect. You can collect your order at Nitori Central Park Mall / Nitori Lippo Mall Puri / Nitori Lippo Mall Kemang / Nitori MargoCity between 12:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, at our service counter.
