Ultra-light 24 cm non-stick wok pan for induction and gas, just 425 g
Features
Lightweight and easy to handle, this 24 cm wok weighs approximately 425 g, making it convenient to lift, move, and toss with one hand. Its deep wok shape and high sides provide ample space for stir-frying vegetables, meat, noodles, rice, and one-pan dishes while helping reduce spills. The soft-grip handle offers a comfortable and secure hold. The inner surface features a two-layer marble-effect non-stick coating for easier cooking and cleaning. Suitable for induction hobs and gas stoves. A raised rim helps prevent food and liquids from spilling over. For domestic use only. Not dishwasher safe.
Material & Construction
The wok body is made from lightweight aluminium alloy. The inner surface has a fluororesin non-stick coating, while the exterior, excluding the base, has a baked-on painted finish. The bonded base is made from stainless steel containing approximately 16% chromium and has a total thickness of approximately 2.6 mm, making the wok suitable for induction cooking. The handle is made from phenolic resin and the handle cap from nylon, both heat resistant to approximately 150°C. The wok has a diameter of 24 cm.
Care Instructions
To remove burnt food, soak the wok with hot water until the residue softens, then clean gently with a soft sponge. Do not scrape with metal objects or use steel wool, scouring powder, or abrasive cleaners. After each use, wash with a soft sponge and diluted neutral washing-up liquid. Drain any water from the hole beneath the handle bracket, wipe dry, and allow the wok to air dry. Do not soak the handle, as water may corrode the internal screws. Never clean the wok in a dishwasher or with alkaline detergents. Before cooking, apply a thin layer of oil to help maintain the non-stick surface.
Safety & Handling
Use medium heat or lower and never preheat for more than 30 seconds. Take extra care with induction hobs of 3 kW or more. Never heat the wok empty, as this may cause burns, fire, coating damage, or warping. Do not use metal utensils; use wooden or resin tools instead. Do not use the wok in a microwave, for deep-frying, or on an unsuitable heating stove. Check that the handle is secure before every use and do not use the wok if it is cracked or loose. The body and handle become hot during cooking, so use oven gloves when necessary. Allow the wok to cool naturally before washing and never cool it suddenly with cold water. Do not leave salty, acidic, or alkaline food standing in the wok. Keep the kitchen well ventilated and position the wok centrally on an induction ring. Do not use it on induction if the base is warped.
