• Inner coating: Fluororesin.

Care Instructions

• Wash with a soft sponge and mild kitchen detergent, then dry thoroughly.

• Soak burnt-on food in hot water before cleaning.

• Do not submerge the handle in water.

• Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or a dishwasher.

• Apply a thin layer of oil before use to maintain the non-stick coating.

Safety & Handling

• For household cooking only.

• Check the handle before use and tighten any loose screws.

• Before first use, wash, dry, and lightly coat with oil.

• Cook on medium heat or lower. Do not preheat for more than 30 seconds.

• Use wooden or resin utensils, not metal tools.

• Do not use for deep frying, in a microwave, or on a stove heater.

• Never heat the pan empty.

• Use oven gloves, as the pan and handle become hot.

• Avoid strong impacts and sudden temperature changes.

• Do not leave salty, acidic, alkaline foods, or food residue in the pan for long periods.

• Do not use if the handle is loose or the base is deformed.

• On induction hobs, centre the pan over the heating area. Take extra care with hobs rated 3 kW or higher.

• Ensure good kitchen ventilation while cooking.
