Ultra-light 345g 24cm gas wok with a marble non-stick coating for easy stir-fries
Features
Designed for gas hobs, this 24 cm pan weighs approximately 345 g, making it easy to lift, move, and toss with one hand. The raised rim helps reduce spills, while the soft-grip handle provides a comfortable grip. Its two-layer marble non-stick coating allows food to release easily and makes cleaning quick. Not dishwasher safe.
Material & Construction
The inner surface features a fluororesin non-stick coating, while the exterior has a baked enamel finish. The body is made from aluminium alloy with a 2.1 mm base thickness. The handle is phenolic resin, heat resistant to 150°C, and the nylon handle cap is also heat resistant to 150°C. Size: 24 cm. Overall dimensions: W40.7 × D24.7 × H11.2 cm. Weight: approximately 345 g.
Care Instructions
To remove burnt food, avoid hard metal tools. Soak the pan in hot water to soften residue, then clean gently with a sponge. After use, wash with a sponge and diluted mild kitchen detergent. Drain water from the hole beneath the handle fitting, wipe dry, and allow the pan to air dry. Do not submerge the handle, as this may corrode the internal screw or cause it to heat during later use. Do not use steel wool or abrasive powders. Never use a dishwasher or alkaline detergents, as they may cause corrosion or discolouration. Apply a thin layer of oil before each use to help maintain the coating and prevent sticking.
Safety & Handling
For household cooking only. Check the handle for cracks or looseness before use. Before first use, wash, dry, and apply a thin layer of oil. Cook on medium heat or lower and never preheat for more than 30 seconds. Use wooden or resin utensils instead of metal tools. Do not use in a microwave, for deep-frying, or on an unsuitable heater. Never modify or temporarily repair a damaged handle. The pan becomes hot during and after cooking, so use oven gloves.
Never heat the pan empty, drop it, or expose it to sudden impact. Keep the handle screw tight and avoid leaving salty, acidic, or alkaline food inside. Allow the pan to cool naturally and never cool it suddenly with water. Avoid contact with dissimilar metals such as iron. Do not overfill with liquid or allow boil-overs. Keep the kitchen ventilated.
Place the pan centrally and securely on the gas burner. Do not allow flames to reach the sides of the base. If unstable, hold the handle carefully while cooking. On gas hobs with a temperature sensor, position the pan centrally so the sensor sits correctly.
