Ultra-light 20 cm gas frying pan weighing approximately 250 g, with a two-layer marble non-stick coating for easy cooking and cleaning.

Care Instructions

• Wash with a soft sponge and mild kitchen detergent.

• Soak burnt-on food in hot water before cleaning.

• Do not submerge the handle in water.

• Avoid steel wool, abrasive cleaners, dishwashers, and alkaline detergents.

• Apply a thin layer of oil before each use to protect the coating.

Safety & Handling

• For household cooking only.

• Check the handle and screws before use.

• Before first use, wash, dry, and lightly oil the cooking surface.

• Use medium heat or lower. Do not preheat for more than 30 seconds or heat the pan empty.

• Use wooden or resin utensils, not metal tools.

• Do not use for deep frying, in a microwave, or on a stove heater.

• Use oven gloves; the pan and handle become hot.

• Avoid strong impacts, sudden cooling with water, and contact with dissimilar metals.

• Do not leave food or acidic, alkaline, or salty ingredients in the pan for long periods.

• Keep the pan stable and centred on the burner. On gas hobs with temperature sensors, ensure the sensor is properly engaged.

• Prevent flames from extending beyond the pan's base and ensure good kitchen ventilation.

• Do not use if the handle is loose or damaged.
